Welcome to Sri Sai Ram Ladies Tailors. By using our tailoring services or purchasing dress materials, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services & Product Information
We provide ladies’ tailoring, dress materials, customized designs, and Maggam Works. We make every effort to ensure that the displayed designs, colors, fabrics, and finishing are represented accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or individual screen settings.
2. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of placing the order will be applicable to that order unless otherwise communicated.
3. Orders & Advance Payments
Tailoring and customized orders are confirmed only after the required measurements, design details, and applicable advance payment are received.
Sri Sai Ram Ladies Tailors reserves the right to decline or cancel an order due to material unavailability, incorrect information, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Measurements & Fitting
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and design requirements.
We take reasonable care to achieve the requested fitting and finish. Minor alterations may be required depending on the design, fabric, or individual fitting preferences.
5. Customized & Made-to-Order Designs
Customized, altered, or made-to-order outfits are prepared according to the customer’s selected design, measurements, fabric, and requirements.
Once customization or stitching has started, changes to the design or measurements may not be possible.
6. Alterations
Alteration requests should be communicated within a reasonable period after receiving the finished garment.
Alterations arising from incorrect measurements or changes requested by the customer after completion may be subject to additional charges.
7. Exchange & Return Policy
For ready-made or dress-material purchases, exchanges may be considered subject to the condition of the product and store policy.
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free from damage or stains
- With original tags, where applicable
Customized, altered, or made-to-order garments may not be eligible for return or exchange.
8. Defects & Quality Concerns
If a manufacturing or stitching defect is identified, customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.
The concern will be reviewed, and an appropriate solution may be provided depending on the nature of the issue.
9. Maggam Works & Embroidery
Maggam Works and detailed embroidery are handcrafted services. Minor variations in embroidery, thread placement, embellishments, and finishing may occur due to the handmade nature of the work.
Such variations are part of the individual character of handcrafted work and may not be considered defects.
10. Delivery & Collection
Completion and delivery times may vary depending on the design, material availability, order quantity, customization, and workload.
Customers are requested to collect completed orders within the communicated timeframe. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect the promised completion date.
