At Sri Sai Ram Ladies Tailors, we value our customers and take care to provide quality tailoring, dress materials, customized designs, and Maggam Works. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and completed.
Refunds are generally not applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Color preference
- Size or fitting preferences
- Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen settings
2. Exchange Policy
For eligible ready-made products or dress materials, an exchange may be considered in case of a manufacturing or product defect.
Conditions for exchange:
- The issue should be reported as soon as possible after receiving the product
- The product must be unused and unwashed
- The product must be in its original condition
- Tags and packaging, where applicable, should be intact
- Clear photographs or videos of the issue may be requested for verification
The final decision regarding an exchange will depend on inspection and verification of the reported issue.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following products are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized garments
- Altered garments
- Made-to-order outfits
- Blouses stitched according to customer measurements
- Garments with customer-requested modifications
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or washing
4. Tailoring & Fitting Issues
For tailored garments, customers should contact us if an alteration is required after completion.
Where applicable, reasonable alteration assistance may be provided based on the nature of the issue and the original measurements or requirements provided by the customer.
Additional charges may apply when changes are requested by the customer after the garment has been completed.
5. Maggam Works & Customized Designs
Maggam Works and customized designs involve detailed handcrafted work. Minor variations in embroidery, thread placement, embellishments, and finishing may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the service.
Such variations may not be considered manufacturing defects.
Customized Maggam Work and made-to-order garments are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
6. Delivery Damage
If a product is received damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Customers may be requested to provide:
- Clear photographs of the package
- Photographs of the damaged product
- An unboxing video, if available
- Order details
The issue will be reviewed before an appropriate resolution is provided.
7. Cancellation Policy
Once tailoring, customization, alteration, or Maggam Work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
For other orders, cancellation requests should be made as early as possible and will be considered depending on the order status.
8. Color & Design Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, and fabric details accurately.
However, slight differences may occur because of:
- Photography lighting
- Camera settings
- Individual device displays
- Screen brightness and resolution
Minor variations in color or appearance are therefore not considered defects.
9. Policy Updates
Sri Sai Ram Ladies Tailors reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy when necessary.
